The Alcon CR6380 is a high-performance motorsport brake caliper engineered for consistent braking, durability, and optimal thermal control in demanding race environments. Designed with stiffness, service life, and pedal feel in mind, this caliper is ideal for high-load front axle applications in professional racing.
Its radial mount design ensures maximum rigidity and consistent pedal response, while differential piston diameters help to minimise pad taper and promote even wear. Aluminium pistons come as standard, with stainless steel pistons available as an option to reduce heat transfer into the brake fluid.
The caliper is built to withstand intense use, featuring hard stainless steel wear plates, pad support pins, and abutment pins for extended life. The fixed pad retainer bars improve overall caliper stiffness—pads can be changed by removing the caliper.
