Porsche 911 Turbo (997.2) 2009–2013 Performance Parts & Upgrades
The 997.2 Porsche 911 Turbo was sold new in Australia from 2009 to 2013. It uses a 3.8L twin-turbo direct-injection flat six with all-wheel drive and the wide Turbo body with its side air intakes. This page lists the parts we stock for the 997.2 Turbo, including Wagner Tuning intercoolers, COBB Accessports, Brembo and AP Racing big brake kits, Öhlins, MOTON and AST coilovers, SPL and HARDRACE arms, Frenkit caliper kits and Wavetrac diffs.
Intercooling: Wagner Tuning Performance and EVO2 intercoolers.
Tuning: COBB Accessport V3, with or without PDK flashing.
Brakes: Brembo GT, GT-S and Pista front kits, the AP Racing CP9660 kit and Frenkit front and rear caliper seal kits.
Suspension: Öhlins Road & Track, MOTON and AST coilovers, SPL and HARDRACE arms, and Torque Solution and SPL end links.
Drivetrain: Wavetrac front diff for the all-wheel drive system and a Wavetrac rear diff.
Choosing the Right Part
Turbo or Turbo S: the Wagner EVO2 intercooler is listed for both, but the Performance intercooler is listed for the Turbo. Check the title.
PDK or manual: buy the Accessport with PDK flashing if your car has PDK, and check the gearbox in any Wavetrac title.
997.1 or 997.2: many Turbo parts are made for one series only. The 997.2 arrived here in 2009; check your build date.
Installation
Have a qualified workshop fit intercooler, brake, suspension and drivetrain parts. Intercooler upgrades work best with a matching tune, and a wheel alignment is needed after suspension changes. Ask us if you're unsure what your car needs.
