Honda Civic Type R FN2 Performance Parts & Upgrades
The Honda Civic Type R FN2 was sold new in Australia from 2007 to 2011, and FN2s built from 2009 to 2012 have also come in as Japanese imports. It is a three-door hatch with the K20 2.0L i-VTEC four, a 6-speed manual and front-wheel drive. This page lists the parts we stock for the FN2, including HARDRACE bushings, arms, an engine mount and HS Spec coilovers, AST and MOTON coilovers, ACUITY shifter parts and a Scorpion cat-back exhaust. The range is growing, so ask us for parts not listed.
Coilovers: HARDRACE HS Spec, AST and MOTON coilovers.
Bushings and arms: HARDRACE front lower control arms, front lower arm bushings, rear frame bushings and front and rear stabiliser bushings.
Engine mount: HARDRACE engine mount.
Shifter: ACUITY adjustable performance shifter and shifter cable bushing upgrade.
Exhaust: Scorpion 57.1mm cat-back exhaust.
Choosing the Right Part
Which lower arm bushing: HARDRACE makes two front lower arm bushings for FN2 use, one for the compliance position. Check the title for the one you need.
FN2 or FD2: the Japanese FD2 sedan has different rear suspension. Only parts that name the FN2 fit this car.
Imported cars: most parts fit Australian and imported FN2s alike. If your car is an import, ask us to confirm before ordering.
Installation
Have suspension and engine mount work done by a qualified workshop, and get a wheel alignment after any suspension change. Always follow the maker's instructions and torque settings.
