Fuel System Parts and Upgrades
A Fuel System upgrade is usually the first thing a tuner asks for once boost, cams or E85 enter the conversation. We stock pumps, hangers, surge tanks, injectors, rails, regulators, filters and the plumbing that ties it all together, from brands like Radium Engineering and Injector Dynamics that publish real flow data instead of vague claims. Customers buy these parts for everything from a daily WRX on 98 through to E85 time attack cars at The Bend.

Fuel parts in this range cover the common Australian performance platforms: Subaru WRX and STI (GC, GD, GR, VA, VB), Toyota GR86 and Subaru BRZ, GR Yaris and GR Corolla, Mitsubishi Evo VIII to X, Nissan Skyline GT-R with RB26, S13/S14/S15 SR20, 350Z and 370Z, Toyota Supra (2JZ and A90), Honda Civic Type R and K-series swaps, Mazda MX-5 and RX-7, plus VW Golf GTI and R and other EA888 cars. Fitment is model and year specific, so check the listing for your chassis code before ordering.

Why these fuel brands
Fuel delivery is the one area where a cheap part can cost an engine. A pump that drops pressure at high load, or injectors that are not matched to each other, shows up as a lean cylinder long before anyone notices on a gauge.
Radium Engineering earns its place for tank-specific hangers, surge tanks and regulators that are designed around the OEM tank rather than adapted to it, with E85 compatible seals throughout. Injector Dynamics sells injectors as flow-matched sets with published characterisation data, which is what a tuner needs to set dead times and short pulse width correctly. Both sit well above generic eBay hardware, and that is why we choose to carry them.
Fitment & Installation
Fuel hangers and in-tank surge tanks are tank specific, so the chassis code, year and sometimes the fuel tank revision matter. AU-delivered right-hand-drive cars generally share tanks with the JDM or global model, but always confirm against the product listing. Injectors must suit the rail spacing, o-ring size and connector on your engine, and some applications need adapter clips or spacers.
Most installers pull the rear seat or drop the tank to fit a hanger, and the job typically needs new fuel hose, AN fittings, clamps and a fresh filter. Anything running E85 wants PTFE-lined hose and ethanol-rated seals. Injectors, bigger pumps and regulators all change fuelling, so budget for a retune before the car is driven hard.

FAQ
Will these parts handle E85? Most modern performance fuel parts use ethanol-rated seals and stainless or anodised internals. Check the individual listing, and use PTFE-lined hose rather than rubber for E85 builds.
Do I need a tune after fitting injectors or a bigger pump? Yes. New injectors need their data loaded into the ECU, and a higher flowing pump changes base pressure behaviour. Book the retune before the parts go on.
How do I pick a pump size? Work backwards from your power target, fuel type and boost pressure, then leave headroom. E85 needs roughly 30 percent more flow than pump petrol for the same power.
Does it fit my AU-delivered car? Usually, but tank and rail designs vary by year and market. Send us your chassis code, build year and engine and we will confirm.
Do you ship Australia wide? Yes, to every state and territory, including regional addresses.
Not sure which combination suits your power target? Contact us with your build details and we will point you to the right parts.
