Fuel Injectors for Japanese and European Performance Builds
Fuel injectors are the part of the fuel system that decides how far your tune can actually go, so we stock brands that publish real flow and spray data instead of vague "cc" numbers. Injector Dynamics is the core of the range, with matched sets built for modern high-pressure fuel systems and ethanol blends. Customers buy these for everything from a mildly tuned street car in Sydney traffic to a high-boost circuit car running E85 at The Bend.

The range covers most common tuning platforms: Subaru WRX and STI (both side-feed and top-feed generations), Mitsubishi Evo 4G63, Nissan SR20 and RB, Toyota 2JZ and 4A-GE, Honda B, D, H and K-series, and Toyota GR86 / Subaru BRZ. Fitment depends on the exact engine and intake manifold, not just the badge, so check the injector height, o-ring size and connector before ordering.

- Top-feed injectors, the most common upgrade path for aftermarket or converted fuel rails
- Side-feed injectors for factory rails on platforms like early WRX and SR20
- Matched sets, flow-balanced across the set so the tuner isn't chasing a lean cylinder
- Injector hardware: o-rings, spacers, clips and plug adapters
Why These Fuel Injectors
Cheap "big cc" injectors usually fail in the same way: poor low-pulse-width control, so the car idles and cruises badly even if it makes peak power. Injector Dynamics designs around the whole operating range and supplies the data files tuners want, which is why we choose to carry them rather than unbranded rebuilt units. Bigger is not better either. An injector sized for 1000hp on a 300hp street car makes part-throttle driving worse, so the right choice is the smallest injector that covers your power target with headroom on your chosen fuel.
Fitment & Installation
Match four things: injector length (short, tall or with spacers), o-ring diameter, connector type and fuel pressure at the rail. Many upgrades need plug adapters or a rail change, and side-feed to top-feed conversions need a new rail and fuel lines. Most installers replace all o-rings during the job and leak-check the rail at pressure before starting the engine. New injectors always need a retune; running old maps on larger injectors risks a lean condition. Chicane supplies parts only and does not offer fitting or tuning.

FAQ
How do I pick the right injector size?
Work from your power target and fuel. E85 needs roughly 30 to 40 percent more flow than pump petrol for the same power. Your tuner can size the set properly once boost and fuel choice are locked in.
Do I need a tune after fitting new injectors?
Yes. Flow, dead time and spray pattern all change, so the car needs a retune or a correctly scaled map before it is driven hard.
What's the difference between side-feed and top-feed?
Side-feed injectors sit inside the rail and are fed from the side; top-feed injectors are fed from above. They are not interchangeable without changing the rail.
Will factory plugs suit these?
Sometimes. Many performance injectors use a different connector and need plug adapters, which are listed with the injector or under injector hardware.
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we ship nationwide, and manufacturer warranty applies as stated by the brand.
