Take your GM Gen V V8 or V6 direct injection engine to the next level with the XDI +30% direct injector set. Designed for high horsepower applications and E85 conversions, these injectors offer significantly increased flow over the factory units while retaining factory-quality drivability, idle stability, and cold start characteristics. Ideal for tuned, supercharged, and high-output naturally aspirated builds.

Injector Testing & Documentation

Every XDI injector set is individually tested and flow-matched at three critical operating points, with full documentation included:

• Idle Stability: 0.8 ms at 20 bar
• Static Flow Reference: 10 ms at 100 bar
• WOT Performance and Stability: 6 ms at 200 bar

Tuning Support

Custom tuning is required for use with these injectors. Supported tuning platforms include standalone ECUs, HP Tuners, and MoTeC.

Important: Global B ECU vehicles may require additional tuning on a case-by-case basis as we learn more about newer models. Returns are not accepted due to tuning difficulties — please confirm tuning capability before ordering. Additionally, these injectors are NOT compatible with 6mm shaft injector vehicles — applies to specific Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade variants. Please verify your engine's injector shaft size before ordering.
