Most AEM pressure sensors use a standard 1/8 NPT thread, so confirm the thread and pressure range of the specific kit before ordering fittings or adapters. Sensor kits in the range run from low-pressure MAP applications through to high-pressure stainless kits suited to fuel system monitoring, so match the sensor's pressure range to what you're measuring.

Fuel pumps are split between factory-style in-tank units (such as the 340LPH 65mm with hooks), universal inline pumps (400LPH with metric fittings) and plug-and-play kits listed by chassis code, for example Honda Civic Type R FK8/FL5. Check your tank or fuel cell arrangement and hanger design against the pump style before ordering, and confirm E85 compatibility on the individual listing if you're running an ethanol blend.

High-voltage EV components require appropriate isolation procedures and suitably qualified personnel.

What thread size do AEM pressure sensors use?
Most AEM pressure sensors use 1/8 NPT. Check the individual product listing, as some kits include adapters for different manifold or fuel rail fittings.

Will AEM CAN modules work with my ECU?
AEM CAN modules broadcast on AEM's CAN protocol, so they work natively with AEM Infinity/Series 2 ECUs and CD dash displays. Other ECU brands need a compatible CAN input, otherwise the sensors can be wired as standalone analogue channels.

Do the sensors need a CD dash to work?
No. The sensors and CAN modules can feed an ECU or data logger on their own. A CD-5 or CD-7 dash simply displays everything on one screen.

Are the AEM fuel pumps E85 compatible?
Select pumps in the range, including 340LPH E85 in-tank and plug-and-play options, are listed as E85 compatible. Check the specific product listing before ordering if you're running an ethanol blend.
