Wagner Tuning builds its Competition series intercoolers around motorsport derived core technology, engineering each kit to eliminate the flow restrictions that hold back the factory unit. This Gen.2 EVO1 kit is a ground up redesign for the Audi RS4 Avant, pairing a larger core with reworked end tanks and carbon composite ducting for stronger, more consistent charge cooling under sustained load. This listing covers the Audi RS4 Avant (B5) and includes the intercooler core, 4-ply silicone piping, lightweight carbon composite intercooling ducts, and new bumper intake grilles that retain OEM fog light mounting. The kit uses the factory mounting points for an OEM+ install.
