Wagner Tuning builds its Competition intercoolers around CAD optimised core design and cast aluminium end tanks, backed by flow simulation work to maximise internal airflow. This kit brings that engineering to the Mini Cooper S range, replacing the restrictive factory core with a unit built for genuine cooling gains rather than incremental improvement.

This listing covers the Mini Cooper S Clubman R55/R56 facelift, Cabrio R57, Coupe R58, Roadster R59, Countryman R60 and Paceman R61, including JCW variants across these chassis. SKU 200001049 is a plug and play installation using the factory mounting points.

Note: GP2 models are excluded from fitment. Pre facelift R55-R57 models (2006-2010) require minor modification inside the front bumper for correct clearance.
