Wagner Tuning builds this Competition Intercooler kit for the Mini Cooper S and Mini Cooper SD range, using freeform cast aluminium end tanks and a tube and fin core designed in CAD to cut pressure drop and improve charge cooling over the factory unit. It's a genuine engineering upgrade rather than a bolt-on cosmetic piece, aimed at owners chasing consistent intercooler performance under sustained boost.

This listing covers the Mini Cooper S and Mini Cooper SD built on the F54, F55, F56 and F57 platforms, fitted with the B46, B48, B37 or B47 engine codes as applicable to each model.

Note: This kit does not suit JCW Edition models, and is not compatible with vehicles fitted with B48.C, B38.C or B38.B engine codes.
