Wagner Tuning is a German performance engineering brand known for OEM quality turbo hardware, and this Competition Package pairs their upgraded intercooler with a catless downpipe for real gains on the N20 engine. Designed as a bolt on upgrade, it's built specifically for the BMW 320i and 328i.

This listing covers the BMW 320i and 320i xDrive, plus the 328i and 328i xDrive, across the F30, F31 and F34 chassis.

Important: this downpipe is supplied without a catalytic converter and is intended for race and motorsport use only — not intended for road-registered vehicles. Check your local regulations before fitting.

Specifications

• Stepped competition intercooler core: 520mm x 210mm x 130mm, approximately 11.75 L internal volume (OEM: 510mm x 130mm x 110mm, approximately 7.3 L)
• Around 85% more core surface area than the factory intercooler
• CAD/FEM optimised cast aluminium end tanks
• Plug and play install using stock plumbing — no cutting or bumper removal required
• Intercooler weight: 6.6 kg, TÜV certified, includes mounting hardware and fitting instructions
• Downpipe: stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304), direct replacement for OEM part 18327645666
• 105mm connection diameter, no catalytic converter, reduces back pressure and thermal load on the turbocharger
