Tomei Ti RACING Titanium Muffler Dual Exit - Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ (ZN6/ZC6) - FA20

Ti RACING is Tomei's top titanium exhaust, and this is its dual-exit version for the FA20 Toyota 86 (ZN6) and Subaru BRZ (ZC6). A 60.5 mm straight titanium main pipe runs to a 120 mm sub-silencer in the middle of the car, then splits after the diff into two 152 mm main silencers, one each side, finishing in slant-cut 102 mm burnt titanium tips. The full system weighs 9.85 kg against 17.4 kg for the factory exhaust.

Tomei built Ti RACING for circuit work: it keeps the flow of their straight-through EXPREME Ti but packs in more long-strand glass wool to bring the noise down for track-day sound limits. On Tomei's dyno it made 163.8 PS against 158.7 PS for the factory system, with gains from low to high revs and a smaller dip in the mid-range. The spherical front flange bolts to the factory front pipe, or any front pipe with the factory-style spherical flange, and the slide-in tips adjust to sit right in the rear bumper.

Note: Competition use only. This product is not intended for use on registered road vehicles – check your state's noise and emissions requirements before use on the road. Tomei measured 95.0 dB at 5,260 rpm on an early (pre-2016) manual car; later cars are louder with this system. Prefer a single exit?
