Radium Engineering PCV Baffle (With Fittings) - Ford EcoBoost / Mazda MZR

The Radium Engineering PCV baffle kit with fittings (SKU 20-0327-01) replaces the factory plastic PCV plate and valve on turbocharged Ford EcoBoost and Mazda MZR engines. The CNC-machined aluminium plate adds an extra baffle over the OEM design to stop oil sludge reaching the intake without restricting airflow.

Because the factory Ford PCV valve leaks at all boost levels, this kit includes Radium's own upgraded 10AN ORB PCV valve to stop boost pressure being pushed into the crankcase. Two 10AN ORB ports sit above the baffles: one plumbs to the intake manifold through the PCV valve as the OEM plate did, and the second can be used as an additional crankcase breather to the air filter inlet pipe if more ventilation is needed.

Note: This kit plugs straight into the Radium Focus ST/RS PCV catch can kits with no other parts required and no check valve needed. It is only compatible with the listed applications. Installation by a professional is recommended.
