Radium Engineering Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit (CCV) - Ford Focus RS (LZ)

The Radium Engineering Fluid Lock CCV catch can kit captures oil vapour and condensation from the crankcase vent line on the Ford Focus RS (LZ) before it reaches the turbo inlet. At wide open throttle it traps blow-by that would otherwise coat the intake pipe and intercooler with oil and sludge, reducing efficiency over time.

It is a closed-loop system that does not vent to atmosphere, and the Fluid Lock mechanism stops the reservoir overfilling and holds collected fluid until the can is emptied. This is the CCV-side can only (SKU 20-0316-FL); the PCV kit (20-0315-FL) and dual kit (20-0328-FL) are sold separately.

Note: Mounts on the rear left-hand side of the engine bay using factory holes with no cutting, drilling or permanent modification. Check the level with the dipstick after 3-4 weeks of driving to set your emptying interval. Installation by a professional is recommended.
