This Radium Engineering fuel rail is a direct replacement for the factory fuel rail found on Mazda 1.6L B6 engines. It features a large 0.69" internal bore for maximum flow, making it ideal for high-performance and forced induction applications. The rail is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized black for corrosion resistance, and laser etched for a clean finish.

Overview:
This billet fuel rail bolts directly to the intake manifold and reuses the OEM plastic spacers to thermally isolate the rail. It supports all fuel types, including alcohol-based fuels like E85. Four ports are provided, allowing flexibility for sensor placement, regulators, and return systems.
Port Configuration:
All four ports are tapped for 8AN ORB threads for secure, leak-free connections.
Available Accessories (sold separately):
-
8AN ORB Adapter Fittings
-
8AN ORB Direct Mount Regulators
-
8AN ORB Fuel Pulse Dampers
-
Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapters
If building a custom setup, ensure ample space is available around the rail for mounted accessories. Refer to Radium’s dimensional drawings for clearance.
Fuel Injector Compatibility:
Compatible with factory and OEM-equivalent injectors. For upgraded injectors, consult your injector supplier for compatibility. Radium cannot confirm fitment beyond stating “OEM equivalent.”
Note:
Factory mounting hardware is reused. If installing with OEM lines and regulator, we recommend pairing this with the 20-0769-PK plumbing kit for a bolt-on solution.
