Radium Engineering Fuel Rail - Mazda 1.8L (BP)

This Radium Engineering fuel rail (SKU 20-0369) is a direct replacement for the factory rail on the Mazda MX-5 with the 1.8L BP engine. It is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminium, black anodised and laser etched, and suits all fuel types including E85 and other alcohol blends.

Three ports are tapped for 8AN ORB fittings, and the top auxiliary port can take a pressure gauge or fuel pulse damper or simply be plugged. The OEM plastic spacers are reused, and washers are supplied to thermally insulate the rail from the aluminium intake manifold.

Note: This is the basic rail only – fittings and hoses are not included. For a plug-and-play installation with the OEM fuel system, pair it with the matching Radium plumbing kit (20-0422 for 1994-1997, 20-0423 for 1998-2005). Allow enough space around the ports if fitting larger accessories such as regulators, gauges or pulse dampers. Installation by a professional is recommended.
