This Radium Engineering fuel pump install kit (SKU 20-0894) is a bolt-in way to fit a popular high-performance fuel pump into the factory hanger of the E46 BMW 3 Series (excluding M3). No permanent modifications to the fuel system are needed, and the installation is fully reversible.

The kit is built around a 6061-T6 CNC billet aluminium sleeve that slides over a 39mm aftermarket pump (or DCSS 39/50mm body) to replicate the larger diameter of the BMW pump. A machined rib snaps into the OEM hanger and correctly locates the filter sock. The fuel pump itself is not included.

Note: Confirm your OEM pump is 50mm in diameter before ordering. For pumps not listed as compatible, measure the pump body to confirm it is 39mm. A filter sock is required; if your pump does not come with one, a compatible sock must be purchased separately. The Walbro F90000262/273 uses the same connectors as the OEM BMW pump. Aftermarket pumps can draw more current than the factory wiring was designed for – if the factory 15A fuel pump fuse blows, upgrade the pump wiring. Not compatible with the E46 M3. Installation by a professional is recommended.
