Radium Engineering Fuel Filter Kit - Mazda MX-5 (NA / NB)
This Radium Engineering fuel filter kit is a direct replacement for the factory fuel filter on the NA and NB Mazda MX-5. The OEM filter sits between the fuel pump and fuel rail, just inside the right-hand rear wheel, and the larger, less restrictive Radium filter installs in the same location.
Lower pre-filter pressure reduces stress and current draw on the fuel pump, which lowers fuel temperature and allows more flow. The anodised billet housing suits all fuels including E85, ethanol and methanol blends. Both NA (barbed) and NB (SAE quick-connect) fittings are supplied, so two fittings will be left over. Choose your filter element from the variant selector: 6-micron microglass (20-1021-05) or cleanable 10-micron stainless (20-1021-03).
Note: Quick install with basic hand tools and no cutting or drilling. Installation by a professional is recommended.
