Radium Engineering 12AN ORB to 5-Bolt SAE Adapter - Universal

The Radium Engineering 20-0439 adapter replaces a standard 5-bolt SAE fuel level sender flange with a large 12AN ORB vent port. It is most often used on early Radium FCST units (20-014X-XX) that have a small 8AN ORB vent, allowing a Radium DSV quick-fill vent valve to be fitted for higher vent flow.

Pair it with Radium 14-0434 12AN ORB to 12AN male fitting when fitting a DSV. Good vent routing matters: run the vent hose vertically up from the cell so fuel drains back, add a forward-facing loop to reduce slosh escape, keep the vent above the fill point on remote-fill setups, and terminate it outside the cabin away from the exhaust.

Note: A fuel level sender cannot be used with this adapter installed, as it occupies the sender location. Installation by a professional is recommended.
