Radium Engineering Dynamic Safety Valve (DSV) - Universal - 12AN ORB to 12AN Male High Fill

The Radium Engineering quick-fill Dynamic Safety Valve (SKU 20-0935) is required when adding a dry break refuelling system to an FCST, FCST-X or any filler with a 12AN ORB female vent port. When the tank is full, the upper sealing ball floats up and shuts off the vent, stopping fuel from escaping through the vent line, and the valve also provides roll-over protection.

With a dry break sealing the fill line, a small amount of pressure builds in the cell once the DSV closes and the dump can begins to chug. This is by design and tells the operator the cell is full and the dry break can be released.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended.
