Process West SEPR8R Air Oil Separator - Isuzu D-Max/Mazda BT-50 2022+
Process West built the SEPR8R to tackle a real problem in modern Common Rail diesels: oil-laden crankcase gas fouling the intake tract. Fitted to the Isuzu D-Max and Mazda BT-50, this billet aluminium catch can uses a pleated stainless steel filter to scrub oil mist before it reaches the intercooler and inlet manifold, protecting performance and fuel economy over the long term.
This listing covers the 2022+ Isuzu D-Max and 2022+ Mazda BT-50, sharing the same underlying platform and engine. The kit is a vehicle specific bolt-on, supplied with laser-cut brackets and moulded hoses shaped to suit the factory engine bay for a tidy, plug and play installation.
