Process West Intercooler Hose Kit - Isuzu D-MAX 2016-2021
Process West builds its silicone piping to handle real boost pressure and heat cycling without collapsing or perishing like the factory rubber hoses. This kit brings that same durability to your Isuzu D-MAX, replacing the hoses that run behind the grille to the intercooler with high quality silicone construction designed to outlast the original equipment.
This listing covers the Isuzu D-MAX built between 2016 and 2021. The kit includes the two silicone hoses that sit behind the grille and connect to the intercooler, SKU TTCCSH003.
Important: This kit does not include the engine bay hoses, as these differ between DPF and non-DPF versions of the D-MAX. Matching engine bay hoses for your specific model can be ordered separately to complete the full installation, though they are not mandatory for this kit to function.
