The Process West Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the 2001–2002 Subaru WRX and STI (GD chassis) is engineered to maximise charge air cooling for high-performance street and track builds. Featuring a large 685 x 285 x 100mm bar-and-plate intercooler core with high-flow polished aluminium end tanks, this kit ensures excellent airflow and efficient temperature control under boost.

Mandrel-bent aluminium piping is included for optimal flow from the turbocharger to the throttle body, making this kit one of the best off-the-shelf options for GD WRX/STI models. It’s designed for straightforward installation and proven performance.

Available in either black powder coat or raw silver finish, this intercooler system not only performs but looks the part in any engine bay.
