This Process West Anti-Surge Fuel System for the BA/BF Falcon runs two Walbro 460 pumps inside an external surge vessel mounted to the chassis rail. It is aimed at high-output builds that need more fuel than the single pump system's roughly 680 rwkW. With two pumps the factory regulator can no longer control rail pressure, so the system is designed to be finished with a Process West fitting kit.

Note: The system ends at the surge tank's pump outlets. You will need the Stage 1 fitting kit (factory fuel rail) or Stage 2 fitting kit (dual entry rail), or your own fittings and lines, to complete it. Not an in-tank system. Installation by a professional is recommended.
