Process West Air Oil Separator - Volkswagen Amarok V6 2017-21

Process West built the SEPR8R catch can system to solve a problem factory diesel engines don't handle well on their own: oil mist recirculating back through the intake tract. Designed and engineered in Australia, this billet aluminium unit gives your Volkswagen Amarok V6 proper filtration where the factory system offers none.

This listing covers the Volkswagen Amarok V6 built between 2017 and 2021. The kit is a bolt-on design with vehicle specific laser-cut brackets and moulded hoses, so it installs into the factory engine bay without any universal looping lines. SKU TTCC011.

Key Features

  • Billet aluminium construction with 650 mL capacity
  • Removable lid for easy servicing
  • Pleated stainless steel filter — anti-clog, washable and reusable
  • Integrated over-pressure relief valve
  • Drain port built into the housing, optional drain valve available
  • Vehicle specific laser-cut brackets and moulded hoses
  • Includes clamps, mounting hardware and instructions

Vehicle compatibility, OEM part numbers, and fitment notes are provided in the tabs above. Please ensure your vehicle's year and configuration are confirmed before ordering.
