Process West Air Oil Separator - Nissan Navara (NP300)
Process West built the SEPR8R to tackle a problem factory diesel systems don't address: oil mist recirculating into the intake tract. This billet aluminium catch can uses a pleated stainless steel filter to scrub oil from crankcase gases before they reach the inlet manifold, protecting the Nissan Navara's intercooler and intake piping from long term oil fouling.
This listing covers the Nissan Navara (NP300) as a complete, vehicle specific bolt-on kit. It includes laser-cut brackets and moulded, temperature resistant hoses shaped for a factory-level fit in the NP300 engine bay, avoiding the messy universal hose routing seen on generic catch cans.
