Process West Air Oil Separator - Nissan Navara (D40) - 2.5L 4cyl Diesel

This SEPR8R air oil separator from Process West protects the intake on the Nissan Navara (D40) 2.5L 4-cylinder diesel. Crankcase gases from the rocker cover carry oil mist, and in factory form that oil ends up in the intercooler, the intake pipes and the inlet manifold, where it builds into carbon with the exhaust soot. The SEPR8R catches the oil in a filtered billet canister so cleaner air returns to the engine.

Note: Suits the 4-cylinder diesel only, not the V6. Installation by a professional is recommended.

  • Internal filtration scrubs oil mist from the crankcase gases before they return to the intake
  • 650 ml billet aluminium canister with a removable lid for servicing
  • Pleated stainless steel filter that is anti-clog, washable and reusable
  • Integrated over-pressure relief valve in case the system becomes blocked
  • Drain port built into the housing, with an optional drain valve available
  • Laser-cut vehicle-specific bracket and pre-shaped temperature-resistant hoses
