Process West Air Oil Separator - Isuzu D-MAX MY16.5+
Modern Common Rail diesels push oil laden air straight back into the intake, and over time that mist coats the intercooler and piping, quietly robbing performance and fuel economy. Process West built the SEPR8R to fix exactly that problem, using industrial grade filtration to scrub oil from crankcase gases before they reach the inlet manifold. It's a purpose engineered solution for the Isuzu D-MAX, not a generic catch can adapted to fit.
This listing covers the Isuzu D-MAX MY16.5+. The kit is designed as a complete bolt-on unit with laser cut brackets and moulded, temperature resistant hoses shaped specifically for this engine bay, so there's no universal looping or awkward hose routing involved.
