Process West Air Oil Separator - Ford Ranger PY / Volkswagen Amarok V6 Diesel
Process West built the SEPR8R to solve a real problem in modern Common Rail diesels: oil-laden crankcase gas fouling the intake tract. Where the factory system does no filtering at all, this catch can uses a precision internal filter to scrub oil mist from rocker cover breather gas before it reaches the inlet manifold, protecting the intercooler, piping and turbo from long term oil accumulation.
This listing covers the Ford Ranger PY and Volkswagen Amarok V6 Diesel. Each SEPR8R kit (SKU TTCC021) is vehicle specific, with laser cut brackets and moulded, temperature resistant hoses shaped for a factory finish install rather than universal loop lines.
