Process West Air Oil Separator - Ford Ranger (PX3) - 2.0L

The Process West SEPR8R is a bolt-on air oil separator for the Ford Ranger (PX3) 2.0L. It filters the oil mist out of the gases vented from the rocker cover before they are fed back into the inlet manifold. From the factory that oil passes straight through, coating the intercooler and intake piping and mixing with soot to form carbon. Keeping it out helps the engine hold its performance and economy over the long term.

Note: Suits the PX3 2.0L bi-turbo diesel only, not the 3.2L. Installation by a professional is recommended.

• Internal filtration scrubs oil mist from the crankcase gases before they return to the intake
• 650 ml billet aluminium canister with a removable lid for servicing
• Pleated stainless steel filter that is anti-clog, washable and reusable
• Integrated over-pressure relief valve in case the system becomes blocked
• Drain port built into the housing, with an optional drain valve available
• Laser-cut vehicle-specific bracket and pre-shaped temperature-resistant hoses
