Designed from the ground up, this system features a massive 6" cone filter, a precision-formed HDPE rotomoulded airbox, and a dual ducting system to overcome airflow limitations seen in the factory setup.

Testing revealed that the OEM rubber duct and under-hood airflow path could result in a 10–20 horsepower drop when the bonnet is closed. To combat this, PRL integrated a secondary air duct and maximised the intake opening area, resulting in a 133% increase in airflow over the stock intake. The system maintains factory fuel trims and drivability thanks to careful MAF housing design and PRL’s signature stepped silicone couplers, which ensure smooth transitions between components and reduced airflow resistance.
