Construction

Rotor Rings

CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron provides excellent thermal conductivity and strength. Each rotor is heat-treated to relieve internal stress and CBN-machined for flatness and precise pad contact.

Aluminium Hats

Hats are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised. Unnecessary material is removed to minimise weight while retaining strength for motorsport demands.

Finish Options

• Hard Anodised (Clear): Resists heat discolouration – recommended for track use
• Black Hardcoat (Dyed): May discolour above 260°C – suitable for street use
