Overview

Constructed with CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron rotor rings, these rotors are heat-treated and CBN-machined to ensure flatness, reduce vibration, and improve pad bedding. The floating 2-piece design allows thermal expansion under heat without distortion, keeping the rotor centred with the pad and improving braking consistency. Slotted faces help clear gases and improve performance in wet conditions.

Construction

Rotor hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for durability under extreme use. Unnecessary material is removed to reduce weight without compromising structural integrity.

Finish Options

• Clear Hard Anodised: Will not discolour under sustained track heat – ideal for motorsport use
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C – best suited for street applications
