Nitto V2 forged pistons for the Toyota G16E-GTS three-cylinder turbo engine in the GR Yaris and GR Corolla. They are made to pair with Nitto's G16E V2 connecting rods for the highest-power builds.

This set is made in one size, 87.5 mm (+0.002"), so the bores only need a light hone rather than an oversize bore. It uses a 22 mm (0.866") pin with a thicker 0.250" wall, which lets Nitto maximise pin boss strength and gives quick access to pin upgrades.

Nitto sets the specification and CP Carrillo in California forges and machines each piston from low-silicon 2618 aluminium using its HD forging. Every set includes a PVD-coated ring set that seals the bore well under boost while reducing friction against the cylinder wall, along with CP's 9310 wrist pins, which are hardness tested, case hardened and cryogenically treated. Forced double pin oiling, anti-detonation grooves and accumulator grooves are standard.

Note: The 22 mm pin suits the Nitto V2 I-Beam Connecting Rods, not the standard I-beam rods. Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

Nitto parts are made for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures out of tolerance.
