Nitto Stroker Kit - Mitsubishi 4G63 - Lancer Evolution IV–IX (CN9A / CP9A / CT9A)

A complete Nitto rotating assembly that takes the Mitsubishi 4G63T in the Lancer Evolution IV to IX from 2.0L to 2.2L or 2.3L. Each kit combines an EN40B billet crankshaft, 4340 billet connecting rods and CP-made forged pistons, and suits strong street, drag and circuit builds.

Choose the capacity first: the 2.2L kit uses a 94 mm stroke crank with 153 mm rods, and the 2.3L kit uses a 100 mm stroke crank with 150 mm rods. Then choose the rod type, H-beam for solid street builds or I-beam for higher power, and the piston bore, 85.5 mm (+0.020") or 86.0 mm (+0.040").

The pistons are made by CP Carrillo to Nitto's specification from low-silicon 2618 aluminium in Turbo HD forging, with PVD rings, 9310 wrist pins and accumulator grooves. The rods are double-melted 4340 billet with 3/8" ARP 2000 bolts. The EN40B billet crank has knife-edged counterweights to cut through crankcase oil mist and help the engine rev freely.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

Nitto parts are made for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures out of tolerance.
