CP Pistons Forged Pistons - Ford Focus RS (LZ) / Mustang (FM/FN) - 2.3L EcoBoost

CP Pistons SC7543 and SC7544 are forged aluminium piston sets for the Ford 2.3L EcoBoost four-cylinder, sold as a set of 4. CP lists them for turbocharged, supercharged and nitrous engines. They keep the factory 2.3L EcoBoost geometry (94mm stroke, 149.3mm connecting rods, 22.5mm wrist pin and 32.8mm compression height) and give a 9.5:1 compression ratio with a dished crown. Each set comes with CP wrist pins, wire locks and a CPN ring set for every piston.

Note: Choose 87.50mm (STD) for a standard bore or 88.00mm (+0.5mm) for an oversize rebuild. The block must be bored or honed to the piston-to-wall clearance CP specifies, and every ring end gap checked, by a qualified engine builder. A tune is required. These pistons are listed here for the 2015-2023 Mustang EcoBoost and 2016-2018 Focus RS.
