Overview
The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) for the Focus RS increases cooling capacity and consistency. Its larger core (660 × 218 × 127 mm / 26.0" × 8.6" × 5.0") delivers up to 25% higher efficiency with only ~0.3–0.5 psi pressure drop. A custom fin inside the hot‑side end tank spreads airflow evenly across the core. Installation is straightforward: no bumper trimming, and worm‑drive clamps secure leak‑free connections to the factory charge pipes.
