AWE Exhaust Suite – BMW M240i (G42)

The AWE Exhaust Suite for the BMW M240i (G42) is a full 76mm (3") straight-through system for the B58 engine. AWE quotes 65% more flow than the factory exhaust and measured up to 7.5 kW (10 hp) and 23 Nm (17 ft-lb) at the wheels on stock software.

Overview – AWE exhaust suite for the BMW G42 M240i

Pick the Touring Edition or the Track Edition. The Touring Edition uses AWE's 180 Technology® resonators to cut drone at highway speed while keeping a deep note under load. The Track Edition drops those resonators for a lighter, louder system that is loud all the time. Each edition comes with quad 102mm (4") double-walled slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, or with no tips so you keep the factory tips.

Note: Direct bolt-on with no cutting. Developed for the 2022-on G42 M240i coupe. The no-tip versions are made to work with the factory tips. Installation by a professional is recommended.
