Alcon Front Big Brake Kit - Hyundai i20 N (BC3)

This Alcon front big brake kit is built for the Hyundai i20 N (BC3). It pairs an Alcon 4-piston caliper with a 2-piece rotor on a vehicle-specific billet hat and bracket, giving more thermal capacity, less unsprung weight and a firmer, more consistent pedal than the factory brakes. It suits fast road cars, track days and motorsport, and we can help put together a package that is Group 3E compliant for Production Car Australia.

Choose your caliper

• CAR49 "TA4+": 4-piston caliper with high-temperature dust seals for road and track days. 332x28mm rotors.
• CAR23: billet monobloc 4-piston caliper from Alcon's Rally2 range, with internal fluid transfer and no external crossover pipe. 332x28mm rotors (Paragon only).
• CAR98 "Mono4": monobloc 4-piston caliper with staggered pistons and pin-mounted pads, for fast road cars and track days. 332x28mm rotors.
• CRB343: 4-piston competition caliper from Alcon's rally and touring car range, with anti-knockback springs and hard stainless wear plates. No dust seals, so it suits track and competition use. 332x28mm rotors.

Then pick your rotor brand. Every option runs a 332 x 28mm rotor, in Alcon or Paragon.

Wheel fitment templates: check wheel clearance before ordering with the Alcon templates: CRB343, CAR98 and TA4+.

Replacement rotor rings: when the rotors wear out, fit Paragon Performance Replacement Rotor Rings – 332 x 28mm (PCD 203.2) – D50 (PRR.8005.332.2270.280.20320.03.03.L/R), a direct replacement for the Alcon DIV2197X019C24L/R rings. For other rings, use our Rotor Ring Finder.

Brake fluid: bleed the new system with Alcon PRO-600 for road and track days, or PRO-660 for racing.

Note: The included pads are basic street pads for road use only, so fit a track compound before track days. Kits are made to order. Installation by a professional is recommended.
