Sway Bars

The range covers front sway bars, rear sway bars, and adjustable bars with multiple mounting holes for tuning roll stiffness front-to-rear. Most are supplied with bushings and hardware; some kits pair better with upgraded sway bar end links where the factory links are the weak point.

Factory sway bars are tuned for comfort and cost, not outright grip, so they're often the softest link in the chassis. A stiffer aftermarket bar reduces body roll, sharpens turn-in and helps keep the tyre contact patch more consistent through corners. Adjustable bars let you dial in oversteer or understeer bias to suit the rest of the setup, which matters once lowering springs, coilovers or bigger tyres change how the car already behaves. Sway bars mount to the chassis via factory or supplied bushings and connect to the suspension through end links. Confirm your model, year and trim against the listed fitment, as AU-delivered variants can differ from other markets in bar diameter or mounting points. Installation is a common job for most workshops and typically needs new bushings, end links (if not supplied), and a wheel alignment afterwards, especially if the bar changes roll centre behaviour or is fitted alongside new springs or coilovers.

Will a sway bar fit my exact model and trim?

Do I need new end links with a sway bar?
Not always. Some kits include end links, others reuse the factory ones. If your links are worn or the bar geometry changes significantly, upgraded end links are worth adding.

Does fitting a sway bar affect my wheel alignment?
A front or rear alignment check is good practice after any suspension change, particularly if springs or coilovers are fitted at the same time.

What's the difference between a fixed and adjustable sway bar?
Fixed bars offer one stiffness setting. Adjustable bars have multiple mounting holes so you can increase or decrease roll stiffness to suit your setup or driving use.
