Subaru Impreza WRX STI GV Performance Parts & Upgrades
The Subaru Impreza WRX STI (GV sedan) was sold new in Australia from 2010 to 2014, with the 2.5L EJ257 turbo boxer four and all-wheel drive. It shares its running gear with the GR STI hatch, and many parts also fit the GE and GH WRX. Choosing the Right Part
- Sedan or hatch: the GV sedan and GR hatch share most parts, but wings and rear aero are body-specific. APR's STI wing is listed for 2011-2014 sedans.
- STI or WRX: the STI has the EJ257, a 6-speed gearbox and Brembo brakes. Many WRX (GE/GH) parts fit, but check engine, brake and driveline parts.
- Tune: intake, exhaust and fuel upgrades need a tune. The COBB Accessport listed here is the Australian-spec version.
Installation
Have a qualified workshop fit suspension, brake, fuel and engine parts. Get a wheel alignment after any suspension change, and bleed and road-test the brakes after brake work. Intake, exhaust and fuel changes need a tune, such as a COBB Accessport map; ask us if you're unsure.
