The Porsche 911 Targa 4 (997.1) was sold new in Australia from 2006 to 2008. Every 997 Targa is all-wheel drive, and it uses the 3.6L Carrera 4 drivetrain under a sliding glass roof with an opening rear glass hatch. - Front or rear diff: check whether you want the front (Z64-Z96) or rear (G97 manual) Wavetrac diff.
Installation
Suspension arms, coilovers and brakes should be fitted by a qualified workshop, followed by a wheel alignment and a brake bleed and road test. A limited slip differential is a gearbox job for a Porsche specialist. Always follow the maker's instructions and torque settings.
