Downpipes — Catted & Catless

KORSH downpipes are available in both catted (high-flow catalytic converter) and catless configurations for Subaru WRX and STI across GD, GE, GH, GR, GV, and VA chassis codes, plus Forester XT and Liberty GT. The Honda Civic Type R FK8/FL5 downpipe is a direct bolt-on upgrade for the K20C1 turbo engine. A 3-inch downpipe to OEM catback adapter is available for those running a KORSH downpipe with the factory catback system.

Cat-Back Exhaust Systems

KORSH cat-back systems are available in both stainless steel and titanium for the Subaru WRX (VB) and WRX/STI (GV/VA). Titanium systems offer significant weight savings and a distinctive exhaust note. The BRZ/86/GR86 cat-back covers ZC6, ZD8, ZN6, and ZN8 chassis codes with a single system designed for the FA20/FA24 naturally aspirated platform.

Turbo-Back Exhaust Systems

For maximum flow from turbo to tip, KORSH turbo-back systems replace the entire exhaust path — downpipe, mid-pipe, and catback in one kit. Available for WRX (GH/GR, GV, VA) and STI (GR, GV/VA) in both stainless steel and titanium. A turbo-back exhaust is the recommended upgrade when fitting a Blouch turbo upgrade — reducing backpressure across the entire system allows your tuner to extract maximum power safely.

Headers & Up-Pipes

KORSH manufactures both unequal length (UEL) and equal length (EL) 3-bolt headers with integrated up-pipes for Subaru WRX (1994–2014), STI (2002–2021), Liberty GT, and Forester XT. A twin scroll header and up-pipe kit is also available for twin scroll turbo applications. For the BRZ and 86 platform, KORSH UEL headers are available for both the first generation (ZC6/ZD8) and the 2022+ GR86/BRZ.

Accessories & Adapters

KORSH also produces TGV delete kits for WRX/STI and Forester XT (GD/GG/GR/GV/VA/SG) to improve intake flow, and a dry carbon intake kit with K&N filters for the Nissan GT-R R35.

Stainless Steel vs Titanium

Most KORSH exhaust systems are available in both materials. Stainless steel offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance at a lower price point. Titanium saves significant weight (typically 40–50% lighter than stainless), runs a distinctive blue/purple heat colour, and produces a sharper exhaust note. For track-focused builds where every kilogram matters, titanium is the clear choice.
