Fuel Rails

Fuel Rails for Performance and Motorsport Builds

Fuel rails are the last stop before the injectors, so flow, sealing and fitting choice all matter once you move past stock power. This range covers billet and extruded aluminium rails, direct-fit platform kits and the adapters and fittings needed to plumb them. We stock brands like Radium Engineering because their rails are engineered around real injector dimensions and AN plumbing, not generic universal tube, and they hold up on cars that see everything from Sydney street kilometres to track days at The Bend.

Shop by Vehicle

Platform-specific rails are available for many of the usual suspects, including Subaru WRX and STI (EJ20 / EJ25), Toyota GR86 and BRZ, Nissan SR20 and RB engines, Honda K-series, Mitsubishi Evo 4G63 and Toyota 2JZ / 1JZ. Universal rails suit custom manifolds and engine swaps. Filter by your make and model in the product grid, and check the individual listing for engine code and injector length before ordering.

Why Upgrade Your Fuel Rails

Factory rails are sized for factory injectors and factory flow. Once you fit larger injectors, run E85 or add boost, the standard rail can limit volume, restrict the feed or simply refuse to seal against longer injector bodies. Aftermarket rails give you a larger internal bore for steadier pressure across all cylinders, AN ports so you can run proper hose and a regulator, and anodised aluminium that stands up to ethanol blends. Higher-end rails are also machined to tighter injector bore tolerances, which is what keeps O-rings sealing under pressure.

Fitment & Installation

Match the rail to your engine code, manifold and injector type (top-feed or side-feed) and to injector length: 48mm, 60mm and short-body injectors are not interchangeable without the right rail or spacers. AU-delivered RHD cars can differ from JDM and USDM equivalents in fuel line routing and hard-line position, so check clearance against the strut tower, brake booster and bonnet line before committing to a fitting orientation.

Most installers depressurise the system, remove the factory rail and injectors, then transfer or fit new O-rings before torquing the new rail evenly to avoid distorting the bores. Budget for AN fittings and hose, fresh injector O-rings, thread sealant where specified and a fuel pressure check after start-up. A qualified installer should handle the job if you are not confident working on a pressurised fuel system.

FAQ

Do I need a new fuel rail for bigger injectors?
Not always. Many larger injectors drop into the factory rail. You do need a new rail if you are changing injector length or body style, converting from side-feed to top-feed, or running flow high enough that the standard rail restricts supply.

Will a fuel rail on its own make more power?
No. A rail supports the fuelling system around it. Gains come from the injectors, pump and tune that the rail allows you to run reliably.

Are these rails E85 safe?
Anodised aluminium rails from the brands we carry are designed for ethanol blends. Check the product listing for the specific rail, and make sure your hose, seals and pump are rated to match.

What fittings do I need?
Most rails use ORB ports and need AN adapters to suit your hose size, commonly -6AN or -8AN. Check the port size listed on the product page and order fittings to match.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories, including regional addresses.
