Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit – Honda Civic Type R FK8/FL5

The Radium Engineering Port Injection Kit (PIK) adds auxiliary fueling to the Honda K20C1 engine by integrating a set of port fuel injectors between the intake manifold and cylinder head. This system is ideal for high-horsepower builds and ethanol (E85) setups where the OEM direct injection system alone cannot meet fueling demands.

• Designed specifically for K20C1 engines (Civic Type R FK8/FL5, Accord 2.0T)

• CNC machined 6063 aluminum fuel rail with 0.63" internal bore

• Four 8AN ORB ports for flexible plumbing options

• Fully compatible with all fuel types including E85, methanol, and race fuel

• Injector angle optimized for proper spray into intake ports

• Includes insulating spacers and thermal washers for heat isolation

• Installs between cylinder head and intake manifold using OEM Honda gaskets (included)

Injector Compatibility:
Supports top-feed injectors with 14mm upper/lower O-rings. Two mounting positions support different injector heights:

• 48mm injectors (upper bracket holes):

  • Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS-48-14-14

  • ID1300-XDS, ID1700-XDS, ID2600-XDS

• 34mm injectors (lower bracket holes):

  • Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS-34-14-14

  • ID1300-XDS, ID1700-XDS, ID2600-XDS

Note:

• This kit does not replace the OEM direct injection system

• Fuel injectors are not included and must be sourced separately

• Two top fuel rail ports may need to be plugged with Radium 14-0150 if the OEM wire harness tray is not modified
