Lowering the Porsche 718 Spyder RS (982) on springs or coilovers sharpens its cornering, but it also changes the angle between the steering tie rods and the suspension arms. The two then swing through different arcs, so the front toe changes as the wheels move over bumps and kerbs. That is bump steer, and it makes the front end feel nervous at the limit.
