The Radium Engineering Split-Flow Flex Fuel Sensor Adapter is designed to improve ethanol content sensor installation by simplifying plumbing, reducing complexity, and ensuring accurate readings. Compact, robust, and highly adaptable, it provides a professional mounting solution for OEM GM flex fuel sensors, making it ideal for high-performance and motorsport fuel systems.

  • Simplified Installation: Directly integrates into the fuel feed or return line, eliminating the need for bulky hose Y-adapter fittings.

  • High Flow Capacity: Supports 10AN (5/8") equivalent flow rate for high-powered fuel systems.

  • Compact Design: Allows the flex fuel sensor to remain inline while enabling clean packaging and easy access.

  • Rotatable Sensor Position: The sensor orientation can be adjusted even after installation, aiding in tight engine bay layouts.

  • Premium Construction: 4-piece billet 6061 aluminium body, black anodised finish with laser-engraved branding, 8 double FKM O-rings (primary and backup seals), stainless steel mounting hardware included.

  • Fuel Compatibility: Compatible with all petrol types (leaded, unleaded, oxygenated) and alcohol-based fuels including ethanol (E85) and methanol.

Mounting and Plumbing Notes

  • Ports: 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female ports for inlet and outlet.

  • Adapters Required: Adapter fittings for hose connection are sold separately.

  • Included: Two M6x1.0mm socket head bolts for secure mounting.

  • Note: Unique 10AN ORB end port adapters are available separately.

Sensor Compatibility

This adapter is specifically designed for genuine OEM GM flex fuel sensors only.
Confirmed compatible sensors include:

  • GM P/N 13577429 and 13507129 (also used in AEM 30-2200 / 30-2201, ECU Master WHP, MaxxECU 1282, FuelTech 5005100353 / 5011100354, and Cobb Tuning kits)

  • GM P/N 13577379 (pre-drilled mounting holes, bracket not required)

  • GM P/N 13577394 (found in Haltech HT-011000 kits; minor modification required)

⚠️ Knock-off sensors are not compatible with this adapter.
