This Radium Engineering plumbing kit supplies everything needed to connect the Radium Corvette fuel hanger to the engine, including a fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines, adapter fittings and mounting hardware. 8AN PTFE hose runs from the hanger outlet to a chassis-mounted filter near the tank, then through the tunnel alongside the torque tube to the regulator, secured with stainless steel cushioned clamps and protected from the exhaust by the included thermal insulation.

This listing covers the mid 2003-2008 Chevrolet Corvette with a manual gearbox. The regulator mounts on a billet aluminium bracket near the brake master cylinder and connects to the OEM fuel rail through the stock feed line via an SAE quick connect adapter, while the OEM hard feed line is repurposed as the return. Choose a 10-micron stainless element (SKU 20-0981-03) or a 6-micron microglass element (SKU 20-0981-05) from the variant selector.

Note: Not compatible with automatic transmissions, as the bell housing interferes with the filter mounting position. The regulator bracket is specific to mid 2003-2008 cars because the brake master cylinder changed between 2008 and 2009. If aftermarket fuel rails are fitted, Radium recommends feeding each front rail port independently and plugging the rear ports; parts for this are not included. Designed for use with the Radium Corvette fuel hanger (20-0980, sold separately).
