The Radium Engineering FPR bypass (SKU 20-0574) replaces the secondary fuel pressure regulator in the right-hand saddle tank of mid-2003 to 2013 Chevrolet Corvettes. It lets you set any fuel pressure you need while keeping the venturi jet pump supplied with enough flow to transfer fuel across to the pump canister.

The factory system uses a primary regulator in the left-hand saddle tank (fixed at 58psi / 4bar) feeding a secondary regulator on the right. If an adjustable or vacuum-referenced aftermarket regulator drops pressure below 58psi, the jet pump flow suffers, crossover transfer stops and the engine can run short of fuel. This bypass is required whenever an adjustable FPR is used to run less than 58psi.

Note: Not required if the OEM primary 58psi regulator is still installed. When running this bypass, an inline check valve in the fuel feed line is recommended. Designed around the US-market vehicle; please confirm fitment on Australian-delivered vehicles with our team before ordering. Installation by a professional is recommended.
