Paragon Performance Rotor Rings in 355mm × 32mm configuration are engineered for high-demand track and race applications, delivering exceptional braking consistency, thermal stability, and durability. Designed as a direct replacement rotor ring solution, these rings utilise a floating 2-piece architecture to allow controlled thermal expansion while maintaining precise pad alignment and stable braking feel under extreme conditions.

Manufactured from CM-250 special formulated high-carbon alloy cast iron, the rotor rings provide excellent initial bite, superior heat management, and high-temperature strength. Each ring is heat-treated to relieve internal stress, reducing the risk of deformation and vibration during prolonged track use. Final machining is completed using state-of-the-art CBN surface finishing to ensure optimal pad bedding and consistent performance.

The directional ventilation vane design actively draws cool air through the rotor, improving heat dissipation and increasing resistance to cracking. This design allows the rotor to operate up to 30% cooler than OE rotors, significantly reducing brake fade and judder during extended sessions. Precision balancing ensures lateral run-out is kept within 0.03mm, with weight variation controlled within 2 grams for smooth, vibration-free operation.

Slotted braking surfaces help maintain a clean pad contact area, efficiently venting gases and heat while also offering improved wet-weather performance by preventing water film build-up between the pad and rotor face. Despite their high thermal capacity, these rotor rings are lighter than many OEM alternatives, reducing unsprung mass and contributing to improved handling response.
